Our employees are an instrumental part of Grupo Financiero Ficohsa and our success. We continually invest in their wellbeing and continued growth.

• Since 2009, Ficohsa has been recognized as a “Great Place to Work” in Central America and the Caribbean.
• Professional development is key at Ficohsa. In 2016, we launched Ficohsa University, an online education program to provide core training and continuing education courses to GFF employees. The university’s curriculum was developed in partnership with Mexico’s prestigious UNITEC Universidad Tecnológica de Monterrey and the INCAE Business School.
•  In 2016, Ficohsa employees received 300,736 hours of training, and 100% of our employees received AML training.
• Employee volunteering: As of the end of 2016, more than 19,500 GFF employees (cumulative) had participated as volunteers in company-sponsored CSR activities. GFF contributed an additional $16 million through its matching funds program.
